I've been aware of Google Docs for a good long while, and though I have not gotten around to using it myself, I have recommended it to patrons who are without Microsoft Office -- it's free and it works, so what's the problem (aside from a possible lack of security, but, hey, what's life without risk)?
Dropbox was a new concept for me, and what can I say? It's awesome, surprising, and a little creepy, like I'm living in 1984 again.
